Iced Vanilla Coffee Recipe

This recipe is for one 8 ounce cup of coffee.

So not everyone has an espresso machine sitting on the kitchen counter but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a flavorful iced vanilla coffee.

All you'll need are the ingredients listed below and a blender.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee (your choice)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Syrup
  • 4 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 4 to 5 Ice Cubes
  • 1 packet Stevia (optional)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the instant coffee to the water and stir until mixed.
  2. Put the ice cubes in a blender then add the coffee mixture, vanilla syrup and heavy cream.
  3. Turn the blender on and mix until well blended.
  4. Pour a little in a cup and taste. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add the packet of Stevia or add in a little more of the vanilla syrup. Blend until mixed.
  5. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Depending on the home blender you have will depend on the setting you use. With some blenders you may want to give it a couple of bursts on the Pulse setting to break up the ice a bit before using a higher speed.
