No Bake Marshmallow Cheesecake Recipe

So, So Yummy, Light & Fluffy....

This cheesecake is my sons favorite! It is always a hit and everyone that has had it always say how good it is! It is very light and fluffy and really not sweet at all!! Give this a try to bring to a dinner with friends for dessert or at your next summer gathering!

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 40 squares of graham crackers (finely crushed)(I have used original or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

Filling

  • 10 1/2 oz. large marshmallows (about 40 marshmallows)
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 - 8oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 12oz. container of cool whip

Instructions:

  1. Take out the Cool Whip while preparing the crust to thaw.
  2. Melt the marshmallows and milk over low heat.
  3. Beat the cream cheese; add marshmallow mixture, continue to beat until smooth. Cool.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Pour into crust and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate until set.

I think it is best to leave over night to set!
